“Welche Bücher würdest Du einem Personaler empfehlen?”

Eine der größten (englischsprachigen) Personaler-Gruppen in LinkedIn hat auf diese Frage in den letzten zwei Monaten mit den folgenden 68 Büchern geantwortet. Es ist eine beeindruckende Sammlung geworden mit HR-Lehrbüchern (z.B. Armstrong, Dessler, Salaman), HR Gurus  (z.B. Buckingham, Charan, Collins, Ulrich) aber auch neuen und neuartigen Ansätzen (z.B. Gafni, Hoffman, Schmidt) – viel Spaß mit der Liste, Ergänzungen sind immer willkommen!
