BEST Talent Management 2015

For the 13th time now, the Association of Talent Development has invited organizations to apply for the BEST award. After ist rebranding from ASTD, atd puts more emphasis on talent management, also reflected in the criteria for its annual award. The association is searching for excellence in three areas:

  • talent development has an enterprise-wide role
  • learning has value in the organisation’s culture
  • learning is linked to individual & organisational performance

atd has announced now the list of the 2015 award winners, here is their ranking as announced at the atd BEST Awards Ceremony on October 27. Here are this year’s top organisations – enhanced by a major representative for those companies that show sustainability and have been awarded already  in 2014 :

The award gets more international: more than a third of the award winners are not from the US. The lions share is still US dominated, but after long years of a growing Asian participation, we can see European companies coming. In terms of sustainability, it could be surprising that only 6 companies from last years TOP15 (and 11 out of all 46) are still among this year’s TOP30. Now, lets wait for more stories and the ranking in atd’s November issue of their td magazine.

Congratulations to all award winners!
